Minot AFB, North Dakota. Established as the 91st Strategic
Reconnaissance Wing in 1958. Redesignated 91st Bombardment
Wing in 1963. Received Minuteman Missiles the same year.
Became Missile Wing, then later a Space Wing. The Minuteman
III replaced the Minuteman I in 1971. 740th, 741st and 742
Strategic Missile Squadrons. |
